Daniel Schwartz

Dan has been a leader in Sales, Marketing and Business Development of companies in technology products and services since 1984. He has been in Sales and Marketing Management since the late 1980s. Dan helps companies to improve their profitability through increasing the selling skills of their ownership and team, teaching how to network, and the newest addition to his skill set, Memory Training. He has substantial overseas experience and leads worldwide teams to accomplish major goals and objectives. He has lead sales efforts over the past 5 years resulting in over $65M USD in closed business with a variety of customers large and small. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Moore School of Electrical Engineering and earned his MBA at the Joseph Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College in Maryland.


Ron Montaruli

As VP Sales & Marketing, Leadership Development and Training for 2 seperate billion dollar Direct Sales global enterprises, Ron has obtained a very in-depth understanding of what it takes to create momentum and expand responsibly into new global markets while developing a fun and respectful built to last culture within companies. During Ron’s 17 years of serving others in the Direct Sales industry, he has had the privilege of conducted seminars, webinars and corporate events in English, French and Spanish in 26 different countries.

Ron is internationally recognized as a world class coach and trainer with over twenty five years experience as a Professional International speaker and Leadership Coach. With his extensive corporate experience linked to his successful Networking background and with an International career spanning such as countries like South Africa, UK, Europe, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Ron is an invaluable member of the management team and is charged with building and developing the leadership necessary for company growth and expansion plus ensuring that personal goals are met and financial aspirations are achieved.

Robert’s career has spanned a diverse range of projects on nearly every major continent, concentrating mainly on Business development, franchise development, sales, distillation methods, plantation development, sub system irrigation systems and just prior to joining 3T Networks he was Director Special Projects USA, Central and South AmericaOver the past few years he has moved his trading and investment focus to cryptocurrency where he has been trading for his own account and now has taken on the role of Chief ICO Officer for 3T Networks.
